With Unexpected Music, you can expect a festival that is dedicated explicitly to experimental music and will present acts and artists that otherwise find little or no place in the concert landscape of Munich.
Together we want to listen to new forms of music, ambient, noise, queer pop, glitch electronic, improtronic, deconstructed, field recordings, abstract dance ... genre boundaries will be crossed with relish, friction is desired with bands and artists from all over the world.

Mit Unexpected Music erwartet euch ein Festival, das sich explizit der experimentellen Musik widmet und Acts und Künstler*innen präsentiert, die sonst die sonst in der Münchner Konzertlandschaft wenig oder gar keinen Platz finden.
Gemeinsam wollen wir neue Formen von Musik hören, Ambient, Noise, Queer Pop, Glitch Electronic, Improtronic, Dekonstruiertes, Field Recordings, abstrakter Tanz ... Genregrenzen werden lustvoll überschritten, Reibung ist erwünscht - mit Bands und Künstlern aus der ganzen Welt.

Tickets
Es gibt Tagestickets und einen Festivalpass. Beim Festival Pass gibt es eine Fair-Price Version. Die Pässe sind für alle drei Festivaltage gültig.
Für die Tagestickets gibt es jeweils ein Social, ein Mid-Price und ein Fair-Price Ticket:
- Social Ticket: Dieses Ticket ist für Personen gedacht, die über nicht so viel Geld verfügen. Wenn Du mehr geben kannst, wähle bitte eine andere Ticketkategorie aus.
- Mid-Price Ticket: Wähle diese Ticketkategorie, wenn du etwas mehr geben kannst. Du kannst aber selbst entscheiden ob dir die Party nicht noch mehr wert ist und du ein Fair-Price Ticket wählst, um die Clubkultur zu unterstützen.
- Fair-Price Ticket: Du möchtest der Veranstaltung einen fairen Preis bezahlen, weil Du über genügend Einkommen verfügst und Dir Clubkultur das auch Wert ist. Dann freuen wir uns, wenn Du dieses Ticket kaufst.
There are day tickets and a festival pass. A fair-price version of the Festival Pass is available in addition. The passes are valid for all three festival days.
For the day tickets there are social, mid-price and fair-price tickets:
- Social Ticket: This ticket is intended for people who do not have sufficient money to enjoy club culture. If you have more to give, please choose a different ticket category.
- Mid-Price Ticket: Choose this ticket category if you can give a little more. However, you can decide for yourself whether the party is worth even more to you and choose a fair-price ticket to support the club culture.
- Fair-Price Ticket: You want to pay a fair price for the event because you have enough income and club culture is worth it to you. Then we would be delighted if you bought this ticket.
